Flowers given a second life

All of the flowers hanging on the side wall panels were collected over several weeks from local grocery stores. I would start a conversation about my work with the florist, and set up a schedule of stopping by to collect the flowers that were too old to be purchased each week. The flowers were then dried by hanging upside down until the set was to be constructed.
